ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation

Management of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation realizes the importance of its environmental activity for reduction of manufacture negative impact on the environment, and also the meaning of the environmental activity in the improvement of competitiveness.

At PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation conditions are provided and measures are taken for environmental protection by means of:

• Willingness of Corporation to carry out the activity in accordance with requirements of Russian environmental legislation, and other requirements with which the Corporation has agreed;
• Planning and carrying out measures, allowing to reduce the negative impact of contaminants, formed as a result of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation activity, on the environment;
• Rational use of electric power, water and natural gas;
• Rational recycling of metals;
• Reduction of emergency situation risk and its negative influence on the environment;
• Systematic environmental training of Corporation personnel, improvement of its environmental conscience and competence;
• Cooperation with interested organizations and society concerning the environmental protection;
• Systematic analysis of Environmental Management System, functioning at PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, in order to improve its performance.
